reciever (I will just use the preamp side on this &amp; use my amps) that can decode the DTS &amp; Dolby True HD with my PS3.  I am wondering however on how
much improvement the sound can make with this upgrade.  I have a very good 5.1 speaker set up, which I am not going to replace, therefore the 7.1 that  I can

I have just got a second TAN9000es now. Ive set both of my TAN&#39;s now in BTL mode. They system is working but there are a few issues:

1. I am having trouble connecting my REL strata sub in high level mode. I have a cable from rel with a black, red and yellow bare wires. red &amp; black go on
the RF + &amp; - terminals and the yellow goes on the LF+ terminal. But im hearing music from the front  and rear right

			<description><![CDATA[ Hi,<br>my TAP has developed a high pitched wine when the 5.1 bypass mode is activated. The 2 channel bypass mode buzzes.<br>I still hear this whine when the TAP is completely switched off.<br>There is no whine from either of the 5.1 inputs.<br>Any one know what could be causing this.<br>Also I would like mod the amp and add a balanced transformer o/p stage.<br>regards,<br>James ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Hi all,<br><br>Everything was great till I switched on the unit, then no display or sound, but the panel LEDs are on.<br><br>I opened it up and the power supply board had been repaired before as the 1W R124 is there, but the cap across R153 was not installed.. so I am thinking the same failure mode as before.  <br><br>My concern is the display.  most/all descriptions of this failure mode indicate display brightness decreases to approx. 50%.  <br><br>My display is dark.  Should I be concerned.... ]]></description>
