Hi,
I have just got a second TAN9000es now. Ive set both of my TAN's now in BTL mode. They system is working but there are a few issues:
1. I am having trouble connecting my REL strata sub in high level mode. I have a cable from rel with a black, red and yellow bare wires. red & black go on the RF + & - terminals and the yellow goes on the LF+ terminal. But im hearing music from the front and rear right
2. i have set up the BTL as suggested by djay:
1st BTL: LF, LS, C
2nd BTL RF, RS
But, i have had to increase the center level by +6 to make it level with the other speaker, is that right? the center is bi-ampale so i need to fix the cable. I was thinking to set up the TANs this way :
1st BTL: LF, C (200W connection), LS (140W connection)
2nd BTL: RF, C (200W connection), RS (140W connection)
To Biamp the center with 200W and the rears on 140w, has anyone tried this?
I realise this is a quiet forum now, but im hoping someone will drop by give their advise.
thanks,marc
